Like everyone's dream. To have some way to backup their desktop icon locations so when ever you change between resolutions, logging in to different user account, or some update happened and your desktop icon locations were restored; You can always always restore your desktop icon position in their original locations.
I done the same application way back in Windows 98 and now, I rewrote it as .NET and WPF version. Below is the animascreenshot.
